Norman Russo
Optometrist B.Sc. Optom, FVCO, FACBO
Norman graduated from University of Melbourne in 1984. He has always worked in private practice and since 1986 has managed his own large independent practice in Dandenong. Norman has qualified as a Fellow of the Victorian College of Optometry. He has also done extensive study to complete the University of New South Wales Masters Unit in Behavioural Optometry and the Fellowship of the Australasian College of Behavioural Optometrists.
While practising in all areas of optometry, Norman has developed specialist skills in the area of functional and developmental aspects of vision as well as learning related vision problems and specialist contact lens fitting. He gives presentations regularly to optometrists, educators and associated professions at conferences and professional development seminars.
Outside of work, Norman enjoys spending time with family and friends. He also enjoys his regular Golf game.

Clare Campetelli
Optometrist B.Sc. Optom, FACBO, P.G.Cert.Oc.Ther
Clare graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1993. She gained experience in a variety of professional practice settings in rural and inner city areas. Clare joined the practice in 1998 and has completed extensive post-graduate study by undertaking the Masters Unit in Behavioural Optometry at the University of New South Wales and the Fellowship of the Australasian College of Behavioural Optometrists.
Clare has extensive experience in the management of functional and perceptual visual development disorders. She has a special interest in learning related vision problems. Clare has just completed further post-graduate study to gain endorsement for the prescribing of ocular therapeutic drugs.
Clare spends her free time fully occupied with her young family and when she gets a chance she still enjoys playing music.

Sashini Fair
Optometrist B.Sc Optom.
Sashini joined the practice in January 2003. At university, Sashini took up an overseas extension placement and worked in the ophthalmology unit in Kandy General Hospital in Sri Lanka. She gained valuable experience in a large range of pathology that would normally have taken years.
Since graduating, Sashini has worked in private practice developing her expertise in behavioural optometry and contact lenses. In 2005, Sashini completed the University of New South Wales Masters Unit in Behavioural Optometry. She is a member of the Optometry Association of Australia and the Australasian College of Behavioural Optometrists. Sashini has also achieved a qualification in refractive laser surgery co-management. She is fluent in Tamil and Sinhalese.
Sashini is a member of the Stonnington Symphony Orchestra playing violin and piano. She is a member of the Victorian Music Teachers Association and currently teaches piano.

Dean Jones
Practice Manager
Dean began a Trade Certificate in Optical Fitting and Surfacing in 1992. In the final year of his course, Dean also completed the Guild course in Optical Dispensing achieving a high distinction.
Dean is a member of the Australian Dispensing Opticians Association. He has extensive experience in optical dispensing, lens design selection, customer service and practice management.
Dean has two children and when time permits enjoys 4 wheel driving and riding dirt bikes.
